The JLP Thrift Shop will Have Exclusive Sales & Deals for Shoppers
Philadelphia, PA (August 8, 2024) – The Junior League of Philadelphia, Inc. (JLP) is celebrating National Thrift Shop Day on Saturday, August 17, 2024, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. with exclusive sales and deals at The Junior League Thrift Shop, which is located at 25 West Lancaster Avenue, Ardmore, PA 19003.
Thrifting, sustainable shopping, and upcycling have gained immense popularity over the last few years and continue to grow. National Thrift Shop Day is the perfect time for both seasoned thrifters and newbies to find the perfect pieces at The Junior League Thrift Shop. The Shop carries gently used merchandise including designer clothing, shoes, handbags, jewelry, select furniture, household and home décor items, toys, and books. Every year, JLP members volunteer at the Shop as part of their commitment to service to the community. Proceeds from the Shop benefit the JLP’s community projects.
To celebrate the National Day, The JLP Thrift Shop will have a sidewalk sale, a spend sale where the more you spend the more you save, and a wheel of special deals that attendees will have the chance to spin.
